Shipping & Returns Policy

We offer domestic shipping and currently ship to all 50 states within the United States, including United States territories and possessions. Because all orders are sent through USPS, we can also ship to USPS PO Boxes.

At this time, we currently do not offer international shipping, and we do not ship to APO (Army Post Office) and FPO (Fleet Post Office) addresses.

Estimated Shipping Rates & Delivery Time:

Shipping rate for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. All orders are sent through USPS, see shipping options below. USPS Tracking service is included, you will automatically receive a USPS tracking number once the order has been fulfilled.

USPS Ground Advantage
Shipping rate starts at $5.25, will increase depending on zone and weight of package.
Packages are estimated to deliver in 2–5 Business days.

USPS Priority Mail
Shipping rate starts at $9.35, will increase depending on zone and weight of package.
Packages are estimated to deliver in 1-3 Business days.

Estimated delivery time is not guaranteed. Delivery delays can occur during holiday seasons, severe weather, labor shortages etc and other unforeseen circumstances.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is shipped, handed over to the carrier (USPS), we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages during transit. We are also not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have been confirmed as delivered and unfortunately won't replace or refund lost or stolen packages.

In the event of a lost or stolen package, you should file a claim with the carrier (USPS).

Changes and Cancellations

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once your order has been processed and shipped, we may no longer modify it.

All Sales Are Final

At Letters from Star, we take great care in curating high-quality stationery products that bring joy and creativity to our customers. Due to the nature of our products and to ensure fairness to all our customers, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges on any purchases.

Damage Packages

We mindfully take great care of packaging your items, in hopes of a pleasant experience when you receive and open your package with excitement. In the event that your order arrives damaged, please carefully inspect it as it most likely may have happened during transit, I would recommend contacting the carrier (USPS). You can certainly contact us within 24 hours at most with your order number and photos of the package damage. We can’t guarantee a satisfactory resolution but can review and see how we can help.
